    Max Get More is a platform of merchants that will allow participating banks’ customers to collect and use points of their respective loyalty programs. Max Get More consists of National, Regional and local brands that offer discounts and additional points to customers.


  2. How many points can I earn per Rs. 100 spent on my Debit Card or Credit card?

    Points offering vary from merchant to merchant, ranging from +2 to +4 points per Rs. 100 spent.


  3. Why are the partners categorized as Max +2, Max +3, & Max +4 Partner?

    Partners are segregated as per their additional point offering. For example, at a Max +2 Partner, you will get 2 additional points apart from the standard offering from the bank for every Rs. 100 spent.

    The value of a point depends upon the value being offered by Max Get More program partners.

  4. In total how many points do I earn for every Rs. 100 spent at a Max +2 partner?

    A Max +2 partner would award you two extra points per Rs. 100 spent, over and above your loyalty program’s standard offering. For example, if your loyalty program offers you 1 point per Rs. 100 spent, you would actually earn 1 + 2 = 3 points per Rs. 100 spent at a Max +2 partner.

    Yes, this is a special feature offered by Max Get More. If you are a member of more than one loyalty program associated with Max Get More, you can pool these loyalty programs’ points and redeem them for products of your choice.

  1. Can I redeem my Points on the Max Get More website?

    Yes, you can redeem your bank’s loyalty points for a wide range of products and services available on the Max Get More website.

  2. Can I combine two or more loyalty programs’ points and redeem them for products?

    Yes, this a special feature offered by Max Get More. You can combine points from different loyalty program and redeem them for your choice of products and services on www.MaxGetMore.com

  3. Can I redeem points at stores of Max Get More partners?

    Yes, customers can redeem their points instantly at Max Get More partners. You can use your points to pay for all or part of your purchase at these stores. However, please check with our customer care whether the Max Get More merchant partner you intent to shop with has activated in-store redemption facility.

  4. How can I redeem my points at Max Get More partner outlets?

    There are two ways to redeem your points at Max Get More partner outlets

    1. Max Swipe: It’s a device that has been installed at Max Get More merchant partner outlets. You can swipe your card and check you points balance & redeem your points for purchases
    2. Points Gateway: It’s a online interface that can be accessed by the Max Get More partner outlets. Using this interface the outlet manager can help you to redeem your points for your purchases.
  5. Can I redeem my points at an e-commerce portal?

    If the e-commerce portal is a partner of Max Get More & has facilitated points redemption on their Payment Gateway, you can pay using your points

  6. What is a Max Get More Voucher?

    Max Get More vouchers are available for redemption on the Max Get More portal in different denominations. These vouchers are co-branded with merchant partner associates of the Max Get More. These vouchers can be redeemed at respective outlets only.

  1. How do I use my voucher codes?

    To use your voucher, visit www.MaxGetMore.com

    For Movie voucher:

    a) Click on “movies” under “Rewardz” section
    b) Choose City, Movie & Show date. Select checkbox against Redeem Movie Voucher, enter voucher code & click on search button.
    c) Select show & seat of choice
    d) Enter your email id & mobile number. Remaining amount can be paid using Credit/Debit card

    For Mobile recharge voucher:

    a) Click on “Recharge” under “Rewardz” section
    b) Enter the Mobile number, Operator, circle, & amount. Select checkbox against Redeem Mobile Voucher, enter voucher code & click on Proceed button.
    c) Enter your email id & mobile number. Remaining amount can be paid using Credit/Debit Card

    For Air voucher:

    a) Click on “Flights” under “Rewardz” section
    b) Choose origin, destination, onward date & other details. Select checkbox against Redeem Air Voucher, enter voucher code & click on search button.
    c) Select flight and Click Book.
    d) Confirm flight details, enter passenger details and click proceed.
    e) Remaining amount can be paid using Credit/Debit card

  2. Do I have to pay any amount while booking ticket using my voucher code?

    If the total cost of your booking exceeds the value of your voucher code, you will have to pay the difference using your Debit/Credit Card.
    For example, if the cost of a certain booking is Rs.3000 and you choose to use your Rs.1000 voucher code then the balance of Rs.2000 will need to be paid using your Debit/Credit Card.

  3. What happens to the Balance amount on the voucher code if the ticket value is less than discount code?

    The voucher has to be used in full for a single booking. If the ticket value is lesser than the value, then the discount code will be considered as fully utilized and the remaining amount cannot be used later or refunded. For example, if the ticket value is Rs. 500 and the voucher value is Rs. 750, then the voucher value will be considered as fully utilized and the remaining Rs. 250 cannot be used later or refunded.

  4. How many times can I use my voucher code?

    The discount code can only be used once, and will be rendered invalid once it has been used.

  5. Can I use my discount code while redeeming points?

    No, you cannot use the discount code while redeeming your points.

  6. Is there any limit on the discount offered to me via the discount code?

    Discount is limited to price cap of the voucher and it’s is mentioned on the voucher mailer.

  7. Can I use my voucher code for someone other than myself?

    Yes, the mobile voucher can also be used to recharge any other mobile apart from yours. Similarly you can also use the air voucher to book tickets for others.

  8. Can I exchange the voucher code with cash?

    No, this voucher code cannot be exchanged for Cash.

  9. Can I reuse my voucher code?

    No, the voucher code cannot be used more than one time.

  10. What is the expiry date for my voucher code?

    The expiry date will be explicitly mentioned in the email with the voucher code.

  11. Will I be able to use this discount code even after the expiry date?

    No, you cannot use the air ticket discount code after its validity period.

  12. Can I combine this voucher code with any other discount or voucher codes I have?

    No, no other voucher /discount can be combined.

  13. Can I use multiple voucher codes for single booking?

    No, only one voucher code can be used at a time.

  14. Can I exchange my air voucher code for Movie/Mobile?

    No, Voucher cannot be exchanged/replaced.

  15. In case of booking failure, would my voucher be considered used or would it be rolled back?

    Yes, you will get to use the voucher again in case of booking failure. The voucher will be rolled back.
