Terms and Conditions


  1. The “Max Get More” program [“Program”] is exclusively owned and managed by Loylty Rewardz Management Private Limited [hereinafter referred to as “Loylty”].
  2. These terms and conditions are entered between Loylty and you/member and by clicking the Agree button you unconditionally accept them.
  3. If you do not agree to all, or any of the terms and conditions, do not use this website/application.
  4. Loylty reserves the unfettered right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards, or the rewards conditions, or the computations of points, or the redemption of points, or terms and conditions of the Program anytime. Your/ the Member’s continued participation in the Program is subject to him/her accepting any new or modified terms and conditions that Loylty may come up with.
  5. Loylty can suspend or terminate the Program any time without assigning any reason whatsoever it deems necessary. In such a case Loylty will intimate you/ the Member and give you an option to redeem the accumulated points.
  6. The Program allows you / members to accumulate points for purchasing and/or redeeming various products and/or availing various services provided by various vendors/suppliers [hereinafter referred to as “Merchant Associate” or “MA”].
  7. The list of participating MA outlets and/or banks will be updated by Loylty from time to time and you/members are requested to look up Maxgetmore website and/or participating bank’s website at regular intervals so as to stay abreast of any changes that may be introduced.
  8. The list of participating MA and banks will be updated on Maxgetmore website for members to check and keep themselves updated.
  9. All disputes if any, arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of the Program any offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

  1. Loylty does not make any warranty in relation to the offers listed on its website and mobile app, including without any limitation, their validity and/or value.
  2. The offers listed on Max Get More are sourced directly from the respective MA and Loylty is in no way responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the offers and Loylty shall not be held liable in any manner for any falsification of the offers posted on its website and/ or the mobile app.
  3. Loylty makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, including, but not limited to, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted on Max Get More Website or mobile app or that any third party will honor or acknowledge any such offers, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted on its website and/ or the mobile app.
  4. Loylty is not responsible for providing any value for any offers, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted on its website and/ or the mobile app.
  5. Loylty is not responsible for the change of information at third party sites or stores including but not limited to rebate information, pricing, availability or fitness for use.
  6. Loylty further expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express, oral, implied, statutory or otherwise, of any kind to the Members and/or any third party, including any expressed or implied warranties of type, quality, quantity, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability and fitness of the products/and or services provided by the participating MA under the Program for a particular purpose.
  7. You/ the Member by participating in the Program expressly agrees and acknowledges that the products and/or services provided to you are on an “As Is, With All Faults” basis.


  1. Under the Program the you/members will earn points depending on the points offered by the MA and participating bank for every Rs.100/- [Rupees One Hundred Only] spent for purchasing products and/or services at various identified MA stores/ websites, Loylty managed web/internet portals or at fuel stations.
  2. Points accumulated by you/member can be combined or used in conjunction with any other customer loyalty program only through Maxgetmore platform,
  3. The points accrued to you/member do not constitute property of the Member and are not transferable by operation of law, or otherwise to any person or entity.
  4. Points can be accumulated for a maximum period of thirty six [36] calendar months from the date of the accrual of the point under the Program. Any points not used within thirty six [36] calendar months shall irrevocably lapse and cannot be used for redemption.
  5. Any bonus points will have its validity till the time mentioned in the scheme/Program. If the points are not redeemed during the specified period the points shall expire on the stipulated expiry date. Loylty takes no liability if you/member do not redeem the points before the expiry date. Bonus points will mean any additional points awarded to the Member as part of any scheme/Program run by Loylty having a validity of less than thirty six [36] calendar months.
  6. Loylty’s decision on the computation of points will be final, conclusive and binding on you/ the member.


  1. The Member may choose any of the following methods for redemption:
    • Purchasing and/or redeeming products and/or services at various identified MA stores/ websites;
    • At Loylty managed web/internet portals;
    • At various identified MA fuel stations;
    • Vouchers of specified MA for quantified amounts
    • Through mPoint – Business
  2. On redemption the points would automatically be subtracted from points accumulated in your/members account.
  3. The points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used to obtain cash advances, or used against payment for any charges incurred on their card.
  4. Points are not exchangeable for other rewards or refundable. Points once redeemed in favour of any MA cannot be transferred back to you/member.
  5. All redemptions are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. The redemption procedure and additional terms and conditions for each item will be set forth by the concerned MA and the same are binding on you/ the member.
  6. Any additional costs set out by the MA in connection with redemption of any points will be the sole responsibility of and borne solely by you/member.
  7. You/Member is responsible for notifying the participating MA of what product or service you are going to redeem against the points.


  1. MA reserves the right not to accept any return of products and/or services after a delivery has been made to you/member and the same has been accepted.
  2. Quality and quantity of the products and/or services is assured by the concerned MA in accordance with their respective warranty and services terms and conditions, if any.
  3. Delivery of products and/or services is subject to availability. In case of shortage or upon expiration of the rewards catalogue, the delivery may be subjected to delay.
  4. All delivery disputes and grievances will be redressed by the MA within twenty [20] calendar days from the concerned date.
  5. Loylty shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damages [whether direct, indirect or consequential] personal injuries or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you/member or MA or any third party.


  1. Fraud and abuse relating to earning and redeeming points in the Program will result in the forfeiture of the points. You/ the members are forewarned that Loylty has a zero tolerance policy for frauds and abuse.
  2. Loylty and/or the MA may use information supplied by you/member on the redemption of his/her points for administrative and/or marketing purposes and you expressly agree to the same.
  3. Any taxes or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or any participating MA which may arise or accrue to a Member as a result of the by redemption of points as aforesaid or otherwise as a result of the Program shall be to the sole account of the Member only.
  4. The Program does not in any way amend your/ the member’s original agreement with the bank issuing your/member’s card.
  5. Loylty acts in good faith in response to any oral or electronic instruction or enquiry by you/the Member in respect of any matter in relation to this Program. The Member will not be entitled to claim or allege any loss, damage, liability, expense etc. attributable directly or indirectly, to any such good faith action of Loylty.
  6. You/ the Member by participating in the Program expressly agree that Loylty and/or its associated entities shall not in any event be liable howsoever for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of his/her participation in the Program and they shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to any MA, person, entity or third party.


  1. The voucher offers waiver upto the denomination value of the voucher or for selected amount as mentioned on the voucher. The voucher holder will have to bear all the additional charges like taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the recharge/ payment, if and to the extent applicable.
  2. The voucher should be utilised before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher.
  3. The voucher is subject to the product and/or service offered by the MA.
  4. The voucher benefit will not be extended on promotion codes not utilized before the expiry date on the voucher.
  5. The voucher holder cannot claim rebate/cash back on the voucher if he/she has not utilized the promotion code at the beginning of the payment process.
  6. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service or cash.
  7. The decision of Loylty will be final and binding on all the voucher holders using the voucher and that the same is non- contestable.
  8. Loylty reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the voucher at anytime without prior notice or giving any reasons.
  9. The voucher is an independent promotion and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from Loylty.
  10. This voucher is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states.
  11. Use of the voucher is purely optional.
  12. Any disputes as regards availability, quality, merchantability or suitability of the voucher and/or products/services under the voucher must be addressed by the voucher holder in writing to Loylty directly.
  13. All utilisation of the vouchers are final with no refund or exchange permitted. Loylty is not responsible for any purchases made through a voucher. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the site, voucher is consumed and/or money has been charged to your card or bank account and service is not being fulfilled, then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer care. Please include in email, your/member log in email id and contact number along with details of your query. Loylty shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the product/services, then you will be refunded the money or points as may be applicable within twenty [20] working days from the date of receipt of your email.


  1. You/Members can redeem their loyalty points by using the application to convert their points in the form of QR code.
  2. The QR Code generated will be scanned by a registered Merchant on mPoint – Business App for redeeming the points for purchasing its products/services. The mPoint – Business App will facilitate the merchant in getting paid instantly.
  3. You/Members and the Merchants agree that it will not enter into any transactions which are void, illegal or prohibited in the laws of the land and considered inappropriate in the general view of public and law.
  4. You/Members should read and abide to the terms and conditions of mPoint Business App.
  5. Loylty will not hold any liability for the products/services purchased by the members. The members agree that in no event there will be rollback of points to them or reversal of the transactions after a successful transaction.


  1. Loylty can incentivise the members and the merchant in the form of loyalty points and monetary consideration respectively for referring a Merchant to mPoint - Business App and only upon successful completion of first transaction by the Merchant. Some of the restrictions are as follows:
    • Restriction on number of referrals one person can carry out per day
    • Restriction on total number of referrals one person can carry out in total
    • Restriction on the total referral  amount one person can get per day
    • Restriction on the total referral amount one person can get in total
  2. Loylty reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the referral program with or without any notice or liability.


  1. Hotels, movie, flight, vehicle bookings, offers, recharges [Collectively known as “Bookings”] will be provided to you by the MA.
  2. All the Bookings will be subject to the acceptance of the respective MA’s, Loylty’s and Participating Bank’s terms and conditions. You/Member should read the terms and conditions before doing any booking.
  3. The prices of such Bookings will be driven as per market fare received from the MA. The prices shown on the portal will be final.
  4. Bookings will be enabled on Max Get More and Participating Bank’s Website.
  5. Rescheduling/modifications/cancellation requests will be taken from the website and Customer Service centres and will be subject to MA terms and conditions and will attract charges levied by MA in addition to standard transaction fees.
  6. Rescheduling / modifications will be subject to MA terms and conditions.
  7. Any change or modification in Bookings is not allowed if the Booking is treated as non-refundable or non-modifiable by the Merchant Associate. Such Bookings will be identified to you/ the member in advance.
  8. The cancellation charges, as may be applicable will be deducted from your payment, and the balance shall be refunded. If your payment was completely in points, cancellation charges shall be deducted at the point rate of the Program.
  9. If your payment was partly in points and partly in cash, cancellation charges shall first be deducted from the cash portion and, if that does not cover the charges, the remaining cancellation charges shall be deducted from the points redeemed.
  10. The refunded points or cash amount after deducting the cancellation charges will be credited back to your points account or Bank account [as the case may be] within twenty [20] working days of cancellation.
  11. In case of modification, you will have to pay the modification charges and the difference in the additional points required. If the points required for new Booking after deducting the modification charges is lower than points already paid by the Member, the required Points will be refunded to your account within twenty [20] days of modification.
  12. In the event that the travelling passenger(s) do not show up [you and/or the travelling passenger(s) who do not present themselves for the booked flight/hotel/car] the redeemed points will not be credited back into the Customer’s account and shall be deemed as utilized.
  13. Confirmation of seats is subject to availability and subject to the terms and condition of MA
  14. You/ the member cannot claim rebate/cash back on the tickets that have been already booked.
  15. Loylty reserve the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/ or alter any of the terms and conditions without prior notice or giving any reasons.
  16. Loylty will not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement etc. of the tickets for which the booking is done by You/Member. Loylty shall in no way be liable to reimburse you on an occurrence of such an event.
  17. Any disputes as regards availability, quality, merchantability or suitability of the product/service of the MA available under the program must be addressed by the MA. Member can write to the Customer Care of Loylty for queries/disputes.
  18. You/Member will have to bear all the additional charges like taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the product/services at the time of booking, if applicable.


  1. Loylty reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website [http://www.maxgetmore.com] or within Maxgetmore mobile application. 
  2. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions pertaining to loyalty program of participating banks. You are strongly urged to keep yourself updated with the latest terms and conditions.
